How to Place an Order
Catering orders will include all necessary utensils and condiments in quantities consistent with your order. Please note: many of our orders will include disposable packaging. We may not be back to remove used packaging. We will return to pick up non-disposable hot beverage containers.
Bon appétit catering has a $500 per day minimum for delivery for all orders taking place outside the perelman quadrangle or weekend orders. all other orders are welcomed for pick-up from the kitchen at houston market, located on the lower level of houston hall. although we make every effort to accommodate last minute orders and changes, please contact us as soon as possible with any changes or cancellations. all of our food is prepared to order; therefore, cancellations or changes made within 48 business hours of the event may be billed in full.
Due to our open kitchens that handle all major 8 allergens, we cannot guarantee that items are “free” of eggs, wheat, dairy, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, fish and/or shellfish. we make every effort to avoid cross-contact of major 8 allergens; however there is always the potential for cross-contact in our open kitchens and self-serve facilities. we encourage clients to speak with our sales associates with ingredient questions and additional consultation.
Final counts must be guaranteed 48 hours prior to the event excluding weekends. There will be a full price charge for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the event.
In the case where an event cancels within 7 days of the event, all costs incurred by Bon appétit catering are subject to be passed to client.
Bon appétit catering welcomes last minute orders; however, they are subject to availability. In the case where special product orders need to be made in order to accommodate a last minute request, any additional costs incurred will be charged to the guest.
To have your order delivered, we require a minimum $500 purchase. Our catering attendants will unpack and set-up your order at your requested location. Off campus deliveries are subject to an additional delivery charge: to be determined by sales manager at point of sale.
